Ronald Mincheff

Ronald Mincheff is an international multicultural communicator helping companies in Latin America to reach their communications objectives to a global standard.

He is focused on creating and implementing insights-driven communications programs that integrate content, digital, social and traditional media, visual storytelling and Ad campaigns.

His experience in communications and management includes a career of more than 25 years focused on corporate communications, strategic planning, and crisis management. He worked for global communications agencies in London, Miami, New York, and Sao Paulo, collecting numerous international accolades along his tenure, like serving as Brazil’s PR juror at the 58th International Cannes Festival for Creativity.

As a founding partner of Talquimy, Ronald also brought with him deep expertise in digital communications, Business Intelligence (BI) and narrative strategy development.

Ronald earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Education from the University of Florida. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. He currently lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Rana Rosen

Rana Rosen guides organizations and individuals in clarifying where they are heading as leaders in their space. She helps them uncover authentic and resonant narratives to facilitate the needed change internally, within the organization and the self, and externally in the marketplace. And her clients strengthen operational and personal capabilities required to achieve the vision. Her approach emerged from experience across management consulting, marketing communications consulting, internal roles in HR and operations, and journalism. Rana, with expertise in navigating change and the future of work, helps clients tap into their innate ability to continuously adapt as systems and people.

Oleg Ilyin

Oleg Ilyin is a seasoned public relations professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, crisis management, and media training. His background includes projects for over 100 Russian and international brands, state institutions, and NGOs since 2000 in the roles of both consultant and project leader. Holding degrees in political science and business psychology, Oleg has also extensive track record as a media coach, helping business owners, leaders, and comms teams take the most out of every public and/or media appearance. Oleg is an award-winning author and experienced facilitator, able to combine profound expertise and effective teamwork frames.

Tim Scerba

Tim works with companies and other organizations in developing and protecting their reputations, especially when they are facing a crisis or other sensitive situations. This work includes executive positioning and training, content creation, internal and external communications, B2B and B2C marketing, and all aspects of crisis management such as team preparation and active situation management.

During his career, Tim has worked with a wide variety of clients in such diverse sectors as consumer products, construction, technology, food and beverage, health, energy, tourism, automotive, financial services, legal, consumer electronics, and entertainment. These have included such well-known companies as Walmart, The Home Depot, 3M, Starbucks, Nestle, Netflix, Volkswagen, Petrobras, MasterCard, Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, ArcelorMittal, Turner Broadcasting, Grupo Apasco, and Grupo FEMSA.

A frequent speaker on international communications, he is a graduate of Yale University and has completed specialized course work in Managing Corporate Change at the Stanford Business School; Public, Corporate and Financial Relations at New York University; and graduate course work with the Life Management Institute in New York. He also has been a guest lecturer at universities such as the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico.  He is a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish. He currently lives in Lima, Peru.

Mitch Markson

Mitch is Creator and Ground Control for Markson IdeaCraft, a consultancy dedicated to brand positioning and idea development. He works with a variety of agencies, brands, and non-profit organizations on bespoke projects. His book, The Imagination Playbook for People, Brands, Issues and Organizations, will be published in 2020.

A seasoned communications professional, Mitch brings a deep consumer brand expertise along with strategic insight and a creative mindset to deliver effective solutions for clients.

From 2012 to 2014,  Mitch was Ogilvy PR’s President of Brand Marketing and Chief Creative Officer of Purpose Branding. Prior to that, Mitch spent twenty-two years at Edelman (based in the US and Europe) and served in a variety of roles from account supervisor to Global Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer (Edelman’s first).

Mayang is an award-winning, collaborative, and action-oriented senior communication advisor with more than 23 years of experience in consultancies and corporations in Indonesia, Australia, the US and the UK.

An independent advisor to government institutions and officials, Mayang has trained senior-level executives from the Board of Directors, C-Suite to high-ranking government officials.
