Mitch is Creator and Ground Control for Markson IdeaCraft, a consultancy dedicated to brand positioning and idea development. He works with a variety of agencies, brands, and non-profit organizations on bespoke projects. His book, The Imagination Playbook for People, Brands, Issues and Organizations, will be published in 2020.

From 2012 to 2014, Mitch was Ogilvy PR’s President of Brand Marketing and Chief Creative Officer of Purpose Branding. Prior to that, Mitch spent twenty-two years at Edelman (based in the US and Europe) and served in a variety of roles from account supervisor to Global Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer (Edelman’s first).
With 17 years of experience building award-winning integrated marketing teams and campaigns in Canada, the Middle East, and Asia, Jamie’s left agency life to develop BriteBirch, a global collective of creative consultants. Delivering bespoke teams and services, we help solve business challenges through brand and business strategy, creative marketing, and the application of new technologies. Together, we help brands and businesses stand out in the forest of sameness.
Previously, Jamie was Managing Director of Sector’s at Edelman in Singapore, responsible for integration and diversification in the agency’s three largest sector teams: Technology, Healthcare, and Food & Beverage. His career has focused on creating integrated solutions, whether in advertising, Public Relations or in-house roles and developing award-winning corporate and brand campaigns for clients such as Mars, PepsiCo, GE, CNN, Standard Chartered Bank, Sony, Google, Qtel, Du, Nissan, Pfizer, Sanofi, Roche, AstraZeneca, Blackmores, and GSK.
Jamie advises start-ups in Asia and Canada on their marketing and partnership strategies. He’s also Communications Chair for the Canada-ASEAN Business Council, supporting Canada’s business community in South East Asia and lobbying for a Canada-ASEAN free trade agreement.
Cornelia has been a brand strategist, communicator, and senior agency executive for over 25 years, working across Europe, Asia, and the US. Among the companies and clients she worked for are Mars, Unilever, Shell, Microsoft, P&G, Beiersdorf, Inbev, Wrigley, Ecco Shoes, Hilton, Bosch, Adidas, Gore, Siemens Home Appliances, TÜV SÜD, Grohe and Tata.
She has led award-winning communications and marketing work for multi-national accounts headquartered across the globe, set up global teams and structures, led numerous agency pitches by bringing together specialist talents to produce better and more creative outputs in faster time.
As the head of global account management, she worked with forty key-account managers and clients to provide the most effective counsel possible.
Cornelia is a speaker about brand topics and a university lecturer on international communication management. Cornelia has studied marketing and business administration in Germany and France, lived in Germany and India and worked in most markets in Europe and Asia. She believes that changing perspective is not only the most important ingredient of successful communication, but the spice of life.
Catherine has 35 years’ experience in global marketing and communications working with blue-chip businesses around the world and has lived in both Europe and the US. Positions have included senior international management roles with Harrods, Motorola, Napster, Edelman, Almond Board of California, and Dolby. Most recently she held leadership positions within higher education at the University of Leicester. Her experience in building and mentoring teams, developing corporate/brand narrative and effective marketing strategy across a range of industry sectors from start-ups to multinationals, provides invaluable support to business leaders and entrepreneurs alike.
She understands the challenges of a global business working in multinational, diverse teams and the importance of maintaining brand integrity whilst acknowledging local culture and market conditions. Catherine has also worked on many major team reviews and reorganizations developing models for efficient work streams and personnel development within global marketing teams.
Currently a member of Authentic Vision’s European Advisory Board, she also works with C-suite executives on crisis, marketing and communications strategy and leads highly effective, results orientated “Brand Bootcamps” which help businesses develop brand frameworks and tools to align their position and messaging.
Catherine grew up in the UK and has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications and an MA in strategic marketing. She speaks fluent German and good French and lives near Bordeaux in France.
