With 17 years of experience building award-winning integrated marketing teams and campaigns in Canada, the Middle East, and Asia, Jamie’s left agency life to develop BriteBirch, a global collective of creative consultants. Delivering bespoke teams and services, we help solve business challenges through brand and business strategy, creative marketing, and the application of new technologies. Together, we help brands and businesses stand out in the forest of sameness.

Previously, Jamie was Managing Director of Sector’s at Edelman in Singapore, responsible for integration and diversification in the agency’s three largest sector teams: Technology, Healthcare, and Food & Beverage. His career has focused on creating integrated solutions, whether in advertising, Public Relations or in-house roles and developing award-winning corporate and brand campaigns for clients such as Mars, PepsiCo, GE, CNN, Standard Chartered Bank, Sony, Google, Qtel, Du, Nissan, Pfizer, Sanofi, Roche, AstraZeneca, Blackmores, and GSK.

Jamie advises start-ups in Asia and Canada on their marketing and partnership strategies. He’s also Communications Chair for the Canada-ASEAN Business Council, supporting Canada’s business community in South East Asia and lobbying for a Canada-ASEAN free trade agreement.

Moritz Kaffsack

A big believer in new talent and career models that are shaping the Future of Work, Moritz co-founded Fluid in 2018. In 2023 he founded ‘Portfolio Careers in Asia’, a community of senior professionals who are stepping out of the corporate path to diversify their careers. 

In his dayjob Moritz runs Flexer, a fractional talent solution on a mission to supercharge high-growth companies with experienced operators – former corporate leaders and startup founders with deep industry expertise.

Prior to this he was Chief Growth Officer at an Allianz-backed insuretech venture, rolling out the b2b2c platform across Europe, Asia and LatAm. He’s also led marketing agencies and consulting firms in India, Vietnam, the UAE and Germany for many years.
