Alexis Redmond

Alexis has built her career in dynamic and lightning-fast environments – beginning client side in professional sports and technology and then in various progressing leadership roles spanning 17 years at Edelman, a global communications firm. She has piloted herself and teams through change, led for impact and managed with empathy. 

As Founder and Principal at Redmond Advisory she helps leaders, from first-time functional heads to established CEOs, navigate personal, team and enterprise-wide change, disruption and growth. She has collaborated with organizations from start-ups and Canadian homegrown heroes to governments and not-for-profits, to global leaders like AstraZeneca, CPP Investments, Intact Financial, Novartis, Scotiabank, Starbucks and Walmart. 

From supporting corporate and brand reputation reinventions and enterprise-wide restructurings to building executive leadership positioning and guiding team transformations and engagement, Alexis brings to clients more than two decades of business and strategic communications advisory experience with a track record of success from both sides of the table.

Through her work, she has designed, delivered and facilitated dozens of workshops and interactive discussions on business and communication strategy, culture and change, and trust.

Patty Knap Tucker

Patty is founder of Treehouse Counsel, an Atlanta-based advisory, delivering value at the intersection of business strategy and communications.

With nearly four decades of diverse, transferable consulting experience, the common theme of her work is motivating stakeholders.

Whether internally or externally facing, her work resolves say/do dissonance causing friction, reducing trust, and demotivating stakeholders. With genuine language and aligned behaviors, she helps turn people into believers and active advocates.

Patty’s five-agency career includes 14 years in leadership with Edelman. There she founded and led the Atlanta corporate practice, stewarded best practices across the Americas, and worked on the annual Edelman Trust Barometer research, guiding clients on how to build trust.
Patty is a board member for the Inspire Brands Foundation, Trees Atlanta, the College of Charleston College of Communications, and Conscious Capitalism. She’s a member of 1% for the Planet.

Jon Goldberg

Jon Goldberg is the founder and Chief Reputation Architect of Reputation Architects Inc., a strategic communications and management advisory firm focused on building, protecting and restoring reputations in a world of diminished trust and unprecedented stakeholder power.

Jon founded Reputation Architects in 2009 after more than 25 years as an advisor to corporate executives and boards, a senior leader at some of the world’s most prominent communications firms and a front-line spokesman for major corporations and non-profit organizations.

Before founding Reputation Architects, Jon was partner and director of the Corporate Affairs practice of Porter Novelli, the international communications consultancy. Earlier, he was executive vice president, general manager and national director of crisis and litigation communications at Edelman, served in senior client management roles at J. Walter Thompson, and was a principal media spokesman for The Prudential Insurance Company.

Jon is a frequent speaker, author and commentator on reputation risk management, crisis communications and corporate leadership. Trained as a journalist, he holds a BA degree in journalism as well as an MBA in finance, both from New York University.

Andres Vejarano

A global marketing & communications specialists with 30 + years experience, Andres has worked for some of the world’s most innovative companies in the technology, consumer, gaming, luxury, and CPG industries.

He has held senior in-house marketing roles at Forbes 500’s – Microsoft, Sony, Unilever. Headed up and drove profitable transformation & client growth at international marketing consultancies – Edelman and Interpublic Group’s DeVries Global; provided advisory counsel to global C-Suite at Tencent, Starbucks, P&G, & IHG; and  lead brand & social media campaigns for J&J, IKEA, Rosewood Hotels, New Balance, Audi, and Tesla

With this breadth of brand experience and a zeal to create culturally savvy, original and impactful marketing he launched his independent marketing consultancy – Cali17 – to connect brands to consumers and communities

Based in Hong Kong, his international markets consulting specialises in APAC – China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, India, Australia

Lisa Collin

Lisa Collin is the founder of Proscenium Strategies which she created after a 20 year career in Marketing and PR, with the intent of partnering more closely with senior teams seeking to achieve impact and change. 

She works with companies – from scale-ups, SMEs to large MNCs – on complex communication challenges that are closely tied to business transformation and need to be managed across multiple stakeholders.

Lisa brings experience in integrated brand marketing and strategic communications, having worked for leading agencies including Edelman, Iris and McCann World Group, Weber Shandwick. A skilled business strategist, she enjoys building and leading multi-disciplinary teams and in the past has worked with companies such as Starbucks, HP, GSK, Unilever, Shell, Brown Forman, Sony Ericsson and Siemens to address a broad range of needs.

Lisa started her career as a marketing and press officer at the Royal Opera House, London. Lisa has deep roots in the theatre and has worked alongside arts organizations including the English National Ballet and Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery.
