Ronald Mincheff

Ronald Mincheff is an international multicultural communicator helping companies in Latin America to reach their communications objectives to a global standard.

He is focused on creating and implementing insights-driven communications programs that integrate content, digital, social and traditional media, visual storytelling and Ad campaigns.

His experience in communications and management includes a career of more than 25 years focused on corporate communications, strategic planning, and crisis management. He worked for global communications agencies in London, Miami, New York, and Sao Paulo, collecting numerous international accolades along his tenure, like serving as Brazil’s PR juror at the 58th International Cannes Festival for Creativity.

As a founding partner of Talquimy, Ronald also brought with him deep expertise in digital communications, Business Intelligence (BI) and narrative strategy development.

Ronald earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Education from the University of Florida. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. He currently lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Tim Scerba

Tim works with companies and other organizations in developing and protecting their reputations, especially when they are facing a crisis or other sensitive situations. This work includes executive positioning and training, content creation, internal and external communications, B2B and B2C marketing, and all aspects of crisis management such as team preparation and active situation management.

During his career, Tim has worked with a wide variety of clients in such diverse sectors as consumer products, construction, technology, food and beverage, health, energy, tourism, automotive, financial services, legal, consumer electronics, and entertainment. These have included such well-known companies as Walmart, The Home Depot, 3M, Starbucks, Nestle, Netflix, Volkswagen, Petrobras, MasterCard, Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, ArcelorMittal, Turner Broadcasting, Grupo Apasco, and Grupo FEMSA.

A frequent speaker on international communications, he is a graduate of Yale University and has completed specialized course work in Managing Corporate Change at the Stanford Business School; Public, Corporate and Financial Relations at New York University; and graduate course work with the Life Management Institute in New York. He also has been a guest lecturer at universities such as the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico.  He is a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish. He currently lives in Lima, Peru.

Peter McKillop

Peter focuses on working with management teams on corporate messaging, media relations, marketing and, public affairs strategies. He supports global clients on building strong sustainable brands focused on ESG, impact, sustainability, and climate change. He also counsels financial services clients developing and executing global communication programs with particular expertise in asset management, Exchange Trade Funds (ETFs), and index strategies. Until April, Peter was Managing Director and Global Head of Communications for BlackRock’s iShares ETF business. In this role, he led the communication strategy and oversaw senior media relations, public affairs, issues management, executive communications and internal communications for the world’s largest provider of ETF and Index investment solutions.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Peter held senior communication and public affairs leadership at J.P. Morgan, UBS, KKR, The Clearing House, and Bank of America. He also served as Managing Director of the Japan office of Burson-Marsteller and APAC Regional Media Director for its Asia-Pacific operations, where he provided strategic marketing, public affairs and crisis communications counsel to leading Fortune 500 companies.

Peter was a senior correspondent and bureau chief for Newsweek from 1983-1995 in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong covering key social, political, cultural and financial events.

Peter is active in civic affairs. He is President of Foundation Hirondelle, a foundation that supports social justice reporting in conflict and post-conflict nations. He is also a board member of the Africa-America Institute, America’s oldest NGO supporting educational programs between the United States and African nations. Peter is also a trustee at Eaglebrook School, in Deerfield, MA.

Peter received his bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University in 1981 where he majored in African Studies.

Leticia Lyra

Leticia Lyra has a revered career in communications, built throughout 20 years in global PR agencies, where she held senior and management positions in Brazil and the United States. In Brazil, she was appointed as one of the “Most Admired Professional” by PRScope, in 2014. Her experience includes Brand Strategy, Multi-platform Campaigns, Digital and Social Strategy, and Crisis Preparedness and Management.

In her career, she’d worked with different industries and companies, developing great knowledge in sectors as consumer products, health and wellness, pharmaceuticals, travel and tourism. Many of the programs she led were awarded by Brazilian and international institutions, like Sabre Awards and Excellence Awards.

As a co-founder of Talquimy, she is now implementing in the Brazilian market a new communications approach of integrated platforms and medias to build and consolidate brand value.

Leticia has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She is fluent in English, proficient in French and Spanish. She lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Tom Ho

In 2019, Tom founded Atomad Consulting. As an independent consultant, she plans and executes strategic communications for start-ups and MNCs in technology, education and public sectors, bringing over 15 years of experiences in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Silicon Valley and New York. A hands-on practitioner, she supports clients on messaging, content development, executive positioning, media relations, influencer engagement and issues management.

Throughout her career, she played problem-solving roles both in-house and agencies, specializing in market entry and business transformation. As the Global Head of Planning and Strategic Communications for Alibaba Group, she crafted messages and stories that help global stakeholders better understand the Chinese company’s impact in data technology, new retail and global trade. She orchestrated teams in America, Asia and Europe to deliver cohesive communications campaigns. At Edelman New York and Hong Kong, she led global teams to build reputation and engage stakeholders for organizations and CEOs during corporate transformation, M&A and business expansion.

Some of her clients include Microsoft Xbox, eBay, HP, Blackberry, Facebook, Savannah College of Art and Design, Tsinghua University, Greenland USA, Nikkei Asian Review, Wiley, China Light and Power, and Cathay Pacific Airways.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tom is native in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications and a master’s degree in International and Public Affairs, in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and University of Hong Kong respectively.
