Alexis Redmond

Alexis has built her career in dynamic and lightning-fast environments – beginning client side in professional sports and technology and then in various progressing leadership roles spanning 17 years at Edelman, a global communications firm. She has piloted herself and teams through change, led for impact and managed with empathy. 

As Founder and Principal at Redmond Advisory she helps leaders, from first-time functional heads to established CEOs, navigate personal, team and enterprise-wide change, disruption and growth. She has collaborated with organizations from start-ups and Canadian homegrown heroes to governments and not-for-profits, to global leaders like AstraZeneca, CPP Investments, Intact Financial, Novartis, Scotiabank, Starbucks and Walmart. 

From supporting corporate and brand reputation reinventions and enterprise-wide restructurings to building executive leadership positioning and guiding team transformations and engagement, Alexis brings to clients more than two decades of business and strategic communications advisory experience with a track record of success from both sides of the table.

Through her work, she has designed, delivered and facilitated dozens of workshops and interactive discussions on business and communication strategy, culture and change, and trust.

Philippe Borremans

Philippe Borremans is an independent Public Relations consultant specialising in Emergency Risk & Crisis Communication and President of the International Public Relations Association (2021). He works on strategic communication projects for epidemic and pandemic preparedness with organisations like the World Health Organization, the European Union, and the West African Union.

As a Crisis Communications specialist, he works for multinational companies mainly in Europe and North Africa. Before emigrating to Morocco, and later to Portugal, he was Chief Social Media Officer and CSR coordinator at Van Marcke Trading Group. During ten years he held several communications positions at IBM, including Corporate and Online Communications on national and European level. Philippe started his Public Relations career at Porter Novelli International in Brussels. He is a regular guest lecturer at universities and business schools across Europe and North Africa.

Jon Goldberg

Jon Goldberg is the founder and Chief Reputation Architect of Reputation Architects Inc., a strategic communications and management advisory firm focused on building, protecting and restoring reputations in a world of diminished trust and unprecedented stakeholder power.

Jon founded Reputation Architects in 2009 after more than 25 years as an advisor to corporate executives and boards, a senior leader at some of the world’s most prominent communications firms and a front-line spokesman for major corporations and non-profit organizations.

Before founding Reputation Architects, Jon was partner and director of the Corporate Affairs practice of Porter Novelli, the international communications consultancy. Earlier, he was executive vice president, general manager and national director of crisis and litigation communications at Edelman, served in senior client management roles at J. Walter Thompson, and was a principal media spokesman for The Prudential Insurance Company.

Jon is a frequent speaker, author and commentator on reputation risk management, crisis communications and corporate leadership. Trained as a journalist, he holds a BA degree in journalism as well as an MBA in finance, both from New York University.

Brian Shrowder

Brian helps businesses build and defend their reputation. A former broadcast journalist and news executive, he has 20 years’ experience as a crisis consultant, media trainer and communications advisor across Australia, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.

Brian has held senior roles with leading public relations firms Edelman and Hill+Knowlton Strategies. He has advised clients on managing high-profile crises and protracted issues, and has conducted media and crisis training for CEOs, board members and senior executives around the world.

His issues and crisis experience includes managing cybersecurity incidents, product recalls, health and environmental issues, financial crises, terrorist incidents, industrial disputes, media controversies and regulatory issues.

Brian has worked with one in four of Forbes’ global top 100 public companies including Amazon, Samsung Electronics, Royal Dutch Shell, Walt Disney and Volkswagen Group.

Brian began his career in radio and television news with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and the now CBS-owned Network Ten. He is a frequent speaker on corporate reputation and the media, and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Adelaide.

Ronald Mincheff

Ronald Mincheff is an international multicultural communicator helping companies in Latin America to reach their communications objectives to a global standard.

He is focused on creating and implementing insights-driven communications programs that integrate content, digital, social and traditional media, visual storytelling and Ad campaigns.

His experience in communications and management includes a career of more than 25 years focused on corporate communications, strategic planning, and crisis management. He worked for global communications agencies in London, Miami, New York, and Sao Paulo, collecting numerous international accolades along his tenure, like serving as Brazil’s PR juror at the 58th International Cannes Festival for Creativity.

As a founding partner of Talquimy, Ronald also brought with him deep expertise in digital communications, Business Intelligence (BI) and narrative strategy development.

Ronald earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Education from the University of Florida. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. He currently lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Tim Scerba

Tim works with companies and other organizations in developing and protecting their reputations, especially when they are facing a crisis or other sensitive situations. This work includes executive positioning and training, content creation, internal and external communications, B2B and B2C marketing, and all aspects of crisis management such as team preparation and active situation management.

During his career, Tim has worked with a wide variety of clients in such diverse sectors as consumer products, construction, technology, food and beverage, health, energy, tourism, automotive, financial services, legal, consumer electronics, and entertainment. These have included such well-known companies as Walmart, The Home Depot, 3M, Starbucks, Nestle, Netflix, Volkswagen, Petrobras, MasterCard, Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, ArcelorMittal, Turner Broadcasting, Grupo Apasco, and Grupo FEMSA.

A frequent speaker on international communications, he is a graduate of Yale University and has completed specialized course work in Managing Corporate Change at the Stanford Business School; Public, Corporate and Financial Relations at New York University; and graduate course work with the Life Management Institute in New York. He also has been a guest lecturer at universities such as the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico.  He is a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish. He currently lives in Lima, Peru.
