Oleg Ilyin

Oleg Ilyin is a seasoned public relations professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, crisis management, and media training. His background includes projects for over 100 Russian and international brands, state institutions, and NGOs since 2000 in the roles of both consultant and project leader. Holding degrees in political science and business psychology, Oleg has also extensive track record as a media coach, helping business owners, leaders, and comms teams take the most out of every public and/or media appearance. Oleg is an award-winning author and experienced facilitator, able to combine profound expertise and effective teamwork frames.

Lisa Collin

Lisa Collin is the founder of Proscenium Strategies which she created after a 20 year career in Marketing and PR, with the intent of partnering more closely with senior teams seeking to achieve impact and change. 

She works with companies – from scale-ups, SMEs to large MNCs – on complex communication challenges that are closely tied to business transformation and need to be managed across multiple stakeholders.

Lisa brings experience in integrated brand marketing and strategic communications, having worked for leading agencies including Edelman, Iris and McCann World Group, Weber Shandwick. A skilled business strategist, she enjoys building and leading multi-disciplinary teams and in the past has worked with companies such as Starbucks, HP, GSK, Unilever, Shell, Brown Forman, Sony Ericsson and Siemens to address a broad range of needs.

Lisa started her career as a marketing and press officer at the Royal Opera House, London. Lisa has deep roots in the theatre and has worked alongside arts organizations including the English National Ballet and Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery.

Cornelia Kunze

Cornelia has been a brand strategist, communicator, and senior agency executive for over 30 years, working across Europe, Asia, and the US. Among the companies she worked for are Mars, Unilever, Shell, Microsoft, P&G, Beiersdorf, Inbev, Wrigley, Hilton, Bosch, Adidas, Gore, Siemens Home Appliances, TÜV SÜD, Grohe/Lixil and Tata.


She started her career in-house in corporate affairs and moved to the agency side after eight years. In her almost 20 years at Edelman, she has led operations as well as award-winning communications and marketing work for multi-national accounts headquartered across the globe. Cornelia set up global teams and structures and led numerous agency pitches by bringing together specialist talents to produce more strategic and creative outputs in a faster time. As the head of global account management, she worked with forty key-account leaders and senior clients to shape the best possible client-agency-relationship.

As the founder and co-owner of i-sekai, headquartered in Germany, she and her business partner Moritz Kaffsack advise regional and global clients in making communications more effective.


Cornelia is a speaker about brand, purpose, and collaboration topics and a university lecturer on international communication management. Cornelia has studied marketing and business administration in Germany and France, lived in Germany, France and India, and worked in most markets in Europe and Asia. She believes that strategic communication is a key value-driver for leaders, companies, and brands today.

Tom Ho

In 2019, Tom founded Atomad Consulting. As an independent consultant, she plans and executes strategic communications for start-ups and MNCs in technology, education and public sectors, bringing over 15 years of experiences in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Silicon Valley and New York. A hands-on practitioner, she supports clients on messaging, content development, executive positioning, media relations, influencer engagement and issues management.

Throughout her career, she played problem-solving roles both in-house and agencies, specializing in market entry and business transformation. As the Global Head of Planning and Strategic Communications for Alibaba Group, she crafted messages and stories that help global stakeholders better understand the Chinese company’s impact in data technology, new retail and global trade. She orchestrated teams in America, Asia and Europe to deliver cohesive communications campaigns. At Edelman New York and Hong Kong, she led global teams to build reputation and engage stakeholders for organizations and CEOs during corporate transformation, M&A and business expansion.

Some of her clients include Microsoft Xbox, eBay, HP, Blackberry, Facebook, Savannah College of Art and Design, Tsinghua University, Greenland USA, Nikkei Asian Review, Wiley, China Light and Power, and Cathay Pacific Airways.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tom is native in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications and a master’s degree in International and Public Affairs, in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and University of Hong Kong respectively.
